Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
Well Place Therapy currently accepts the below-mentioned insurance providers. These may change with time, and you are encouraged to verify in-network status with your insurance provider.

UHC, Blue Cross Blue Shield of WI Anthem, Aetna, UHC Medicare, Cigna,
Well Place Therapy accepts cash and all major credit cards, including HSAs. ​Fees are due at the time service is rendered.
​​Well Place Therapy reserves the right to charge $50 for individual and family sessions and $5 for group session cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
​
No-Show appointments will be billed $75.

Refund Policy - 4 - Session Packs
All sessions must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. There are no refunds for unused sessions.
​Refund Policy - Monthly Memberships
Renewals will be automatically processed. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must submit your request in writing or via your secure portal by the 15th of the month prior to your renewal date.
