Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy

Well Place Therapy currently accepts the below-mentioned insurance providers. These may change with time, and you are encouraged to verify in-network status with your insurance provider.

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield WI, Aetna, Cigna, Ascension (Smart Health), Quest Behavioral Health, Anthem EAP, Carelon Behavioral Health

 

Well Place Therapy accepts cash and all major credit cards, including HSAs. â€‹Fees are due at the time service is rendered.

​​Well Place Therapy reserves the right to charge $50 for individual and family sessions and $5 for group session cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

​

No-Show appointments will be billed $75.
